We focus on what we call “the home to home space.”
That is the time from when you leave your home until you set up your home. Anywhere from 18-40. In our experience, this chapter of life is full of inflection points — moments when people become open and eager to explore.
Our work meets people at these inflection points to help them make sense of themselves, the Jewish tradition, and the world around them.
But, we also recognize our work applies to people beyond these horizons. Home to home is a good guideline but not a hard and fast boundary.
Updating the tradition is as old as the tradition itself.
We combine a lot of traditional elements — Torah, Rabbis, Community — with our less than traditional lives as people in the crazy world of today. We're not the first ones to do this. Rav Kook, the first Chief Rabbi of Palestine said it best when he called on folks to “renew the old and sanctify the new.”
